Registration fee includes: access to conference sessions and poster sessions, lunch and coffee breaks, programme and abstract book and other conference material
Pre-conference courses free of charge
PSGH&N Travel Grants for participants from Eastern Europe wishing to participate in pre-conference courses and the 5th European Conference on Head and Neck Oncology. Grants are supported by commercial companies.
In case of cancellation the payment will be reimbursement in the following way:
-till 31/10/2011 - 80% of the fee paid
-till 31/12/2011- 50% of the fee paid
-after 31/12/2011 - 0% - does not provide any possibility of reimbursement
Settlement of transactions by credit card is carried out through the Centre Dotpay Settlement
We kindly inform - early registration term has been extended to December 15th, 2011.

Ceny uczestnictwa podane są w walucie EURO
Opłata rejestracyjna obejmuje: uczestnictwo w sesjach konferencyjnych i sesjach plakatowych, lunch i przerwy kawowe, imprezach towarzyszących, program oraz inne materiały konferencyjne
Uczestnictwo w kursach przedkonferencyjnych jest bezpłatne (ilość miejsc jest limitowana -liczy się kolejność zgłoszeń)
PSGH&N Travel Grants - dla uczestników z Europy Wschodniej - jest to forma dodatkowego stypendium, finansowana przez firmy komercyjne
